These Terms of Sales govern the sale of digital photographs and other photography-related products or services through the “Website”. By purchasing products or services from the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Licensing and Use of Photographs
Photographs available for sale or download are licensed for personal, non profitable organization, commercial and media / editorial use as specified at the time of purchase. The license granted is non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may not modify, resell, or redistribute the images without express permission.
Order Process
Orders for (digital) products or service are placed via the Website. You selects the desired product or service, reviews the order, and proceeds to checkout. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
By placing an order, you agrees that they are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information provided is accurate.
Delivery of Digital Products
For digital images, once payment has been received, you will receive a download link via email within 24 hours. The link will remain active for 7 days after delivery.
